    Haley Center for Children’s Cancer and Blood Disorders - Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children Director of Hemophilia and Thrombosis Center Director of the Young Women with Bleeding Disorder Clinic Hematology and Sickle Cell Program Leader.

    Dr Gupta is the Director of Hemostasis and Thrombosis Center, Director of the Sickle Cell and Hematology program at Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children in Orlando, Florida. She did her residency and fellowship in pediatric hematology oncology at Children’s Hospital of Los Angeles and subsequently a Transfusion Medicine and Coagulation fellowship at Baylor College of Medicine. In her role of cross-functional team leadership, she oversees the various aspects of hematology program development including research, clinical and community outreach. She has been published in peer-reviewed journals and serves a role of reviewer for research journals.

  • Stephanie Sharon, RN, BSN, CCRC

    Clinical Coordinator, Founder

    Stephanie Sharon, RN, BSN, CCRC is the RN clinical coordinator with the Hemophilia and Thrombosis Center at Orlando Health Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children.

    She graduated from the University of North Florida in 2004 with her Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing. Stephanie has over 20 years’ experience as a pediatric hematology/oncology nurse. Stephanie has been the primary trainer for patients and families for their infusion education needs and helped to develop transition curriculum workbooks for both Hemophilia and Von Willebrand Disease adolescent aged patients. She enjoys teaching the bleeding disorder community on various topics locally and volunteering at camp by helping patients to self-infuse during their time at camp.

  • Keely DeGroot

    Director, Innovation Design & Research

    Keely is the Director of Innovation Design and Research with Orlando Health Strategic Innovations, leading product discovery and development across the health system that serves residents of Central Florida and beyond. Her work focuses on the intersection of relationship building, cross-team collaboration, and complex project management at scale through systems design and various research methodologies. She has been central to the VainSim product development and validation.

    Keely obtained her Master’s of Science in Management and Organizational Behavior at the Benedictine University. She has over 10 years of experience in design and development with innovative products, processes, and research.

  • Tony Mango

    Manager, Product Development & Commercial Strategy

    Tony is the Manager of Product Development and Commercial Strategy with Orlando Health Strategic Innovations, leading engineering and operational activities for the health system’s spinouts and products in development. He immerses himself with clinicians in concept generation activities and helps scale projects through manufacturing production and implementation at Orlando Health and other health systems.

    Tony obtained his Bachelor’s and Master’s of Science in Biomedical Engineering at the Ohio State University. He has over 7 years of experience in medical device design and development and navigating regulatory pathways.
